Did anyone else happen to see this show yesterday?
I was flipping through at like 11:00 and it was on for like 2 hours.
This show was awesome in that trash TV kind of way. They showed the one guy packing to leave for the Shore for the summer and I kid you not he threw something like 10 things of hair gel in his bag. It was a competition to see who the biggest "guido" was. I found myself laughing pretty much the entire show because some of these guys would have fit right in at VH1's Tool Academy.
I was wondering if I was the only one who watched that got a kick out of the show and found it humerous?

I've been to the Jersey shore, and this sounds pretty accurate.
The guys are dbags and the girls are trashy.

I too hit the Jersey shore for 2-3 weekends per summer, as my buddy has a house year-round right on the beach. While MANY of these stereotypes are true (especially in Point Pleasant), the shore has its tamer, less "Jersey" parts which I prefer. However, it is comical to make fun of all the guidos and cheesey girls in high heels who think they are models. Granted, I don't go to the cheesey kid bars like those in their 20s do (I am 34), I enjoy going golfing, playing football on the beach, and hitting some the more upscale (see: not guido) places. Still, this cracks me up!
Hilarious show. One of my friends is from Jersey and he is definitely a guido. Doesn't use hair gel, but definitely has the same mannerisms, superiority complex, and quick trigger to fight.
"You can hate on me all you want, but what can you possibly say about someone that looks like Rambo without a shirt on?" Says the one guy who has named his abs (the situation) and also claims to be the biggest guido in Jersey.

Watched it. Probably going to be sweet to watch. Having Italian descentmakes this show even funnier. I love how they try to have dinner, and when they pray before and the one guy laughs the two girls get really pissed. It makes me want to go to the Jersey shore and act like a Guido just for the hell of it.

I lasted a few minutes. Couldn't stand the bravado.
