You know PIT, the fact of the matter is this. It may seem rude, childish, immature, mean, whatever, but it boils down to passion for a community. And whether it is right or wrong.....if we didn't have fans like that and you didn't have fans like that.....heck....we would all turn into an apathetic Wooster! Who wants that? You are of a journalistic mold...always in control and unbiased...that's OK, but if everyone was like that...phooey. I was in the Press box of Ohio Stadium one game because one of my roommates wrote for the OSU paper the Lantern. Strict rules up there for newsman and sportscasters as far as showing emotion....all of a sudden behind me is all this ruckus.....Its Woody Hayes yelling at the top of his lungs because the Buckeyes just fumbles the ball....he was just passing thru shaking hands and he could have cared less for rules or protocol! So......Take that Triway!! haha, I think you get my point. I just had to say something after all that junk in the DR after the girls bball game comments. "Hatin" the other team is OK in my book.

And I am sure had you been sitting in front of the Triway faithful you would only hear nice compliments from that side of the court directed towards Orrville. Next time you sit in front of the opponents fans wear ear plugs

Also did anyone count the dunks tonight? We must have had as many tonight as all season combined!

5knots, I totally get your point, and I also appreciate the passionate fans both sides have... and I'm sure Triway fans said stuff tonight, too. But an adult who should know better to yell it as the Triway players were getting their runner-up medals? I dunno.

But congratulations to Orrville on q very well-played game! Your bigs turned it up in the 2nd half! Riders1, at BW's tonight, RR1, his friend, and I counted 6! And they came in a hurry, too!

Good luck to Orrville against Ursuline! I hope you keep winning so I can cheer for you down in Columbus again this year. But this time I'll be 10 rows back. Haha!

Mostly fast breaks or wide open guys underneath. Wasson, Pirman, Winters, and Brenner all had at least 1 each but I lost count how many.

Oh well I guess I'll say it. Congrats Triway on a great tourney run (that's not easy to do haha) and thanks for showing respect last night as I saw asst Coach Carmichael turn the boys to the foul line to stay and watch the whole trophy presentation, unlike an unmentionable team and coach from last week's girls district final presentations. Thanks for a great district final game.

I am thinking wooster will probably go to single games in the sectional finals to avoid the rude movement of Hillsdale fans between games, or at least be more polite in the asking to move over.

Stew's behind the back bounce pass that led to a dunk was the highlight for me......that, and watching Devon at halfcourt with a clear path to the hoop and slam it home.

A fun night for sure.
