The action starts tonight! If you haven't had a chance, check out RedRider1's rundown of the district. Very cool!

As many of you have probably heard, there have been some serious flooding issues in the South end of Wooster and also in Loudonville. This has caused a scare in terms of logistics tonight; but I just called WQKT, and as of now all the games are still on as scheduled. I follow them on Twitter and asked if they would post confirmation one way or the other when they get it, and they said they should be posting it when they hear something. If you don't already follow them on Twitter (or Facebook), WQKT does a GREAT job posting school closings and all other types of updates for the area. Thanks and Kudos to WQKT!

This next month is when WQKT's star shines the brightest.

I enjoy listening to Ron Hamilton call a basketball game. Although he is no Roy Bates.

This will probably be one of the more interesting Wooster Districts to date....I believe their are about 4-5 teams that could win this district.

Should be a lot of fun!

I hear they just repainted the Art room at Wooster High School and are in need of people to watch it dry...in case anyone is looking for something else to do besides watch these games tonight!

OldRider,
I've watched my share of paint drying this year at our gym.

Thank God we passed that levy last fall or the art program along with the art room itself would have disappeared.

Tonight was one boring night. And it was even worse that I had to sit on the side of both the losing teams and listen to their fans complain and complain and complain. I have a headache and so do all the reporters that were sitting next to me. LoL!

Did you turn around and remind them that they are COLUMBIA and BLACK RIVER. Has either team ever won a sectional title?
