I am not sure why the old thread got closed, but I figured it's time to start this back up!

The seeding is today! I am out of town but have my laptop with me, so I'll try to get the bracket up as soon as possible.

Getting a 4th seed at 6-11 is pretty cool.

Pitman: Great job on the site, as usual. I would be interested in the list of teams with their current records. Can you do that for me? Well, yes, I know you can do it. So WILL you do it for me? Pretty please?....with sugar? Thanks in advance!

Oberlin is the 4th team in the district with a winning record, after the top 3 seeds. Very athletic, they jumped on Smithville, who played them last year in the first round.

I think Northwestern has the best player in the district, Orrville the best post player, Hillsdale the best frontcourt and Smithville the best backcourt. Nobody is unbeatable at all though.

CC...I like that prediction.

Not trying to be too narrow minded here, but I wouldn't want to play this Orrville team in the tournement for 1 reason...we haven't played to our potential yet. We are a better team than 6-10 or whatever we are.

I just hope we can bring it all together for a run!

Yea, Orrville and Triway with its "I'm ahead- 4 corners" can ruin the favorite teams nights. I think Triway already beat NWN early in the season. I'd be more optimistic if we had good showings in our last games.

I think Orrville generally plays a team better the second time around....Just look at last year, we lost to Triway and then beat them in the finals. One thing is for sure you never know what team Orrville will bring to the game.....we could be dominate or not even close to that. haha but it seems like that is the case for most of the teams in the district.

I would much rather lose to a team in the regular season and then end their season in the tourny, lol

All I can ask for is another shot at Hillsdale. Get to that game, and take your best shot.

Who knows.

.....Just don't get beat by Chippewa.

For those really into hoops there is a great sight that really covers teams west of here including the rest of the OCC teams. I don't know who he is but he's been covering 19 leagues and all the brackets from the NW part of the state, even the OCC, good fun reading.

Pitman, you think you are busy with 4 or 5 leagues, I can't see how this guy can cover 19 leagues. You slacker you, just kidding lol.

^^ That is impressive! I may cover 9 leagues and 81 teams including getting scores for 1,600+ games throughout the season, but there's no way I could keep tabs on 19 leagues. Wow!
