Seriously.

I hate my brother at times, but I would NEVER think of shooting him. Even when he does treat my mom like total shit. Might think about kicking his ass, but never shooting him. Good fucking lord.

The Mansfield firefighter/paramedic that was off duty but at the scene and helped restore calm to the situation at Easton will be laid off this Friday because of budget cuts.

That's what happens when nobody wants to take a pay cut. ;)

Yeah... Easton has really fallen hard and fast. It is basically a thuggery place now.

My brother works at the Juvenile Detention Center and he said this kid has been in and out over the last year. So, he obviously is a thug. Guess he has neck tattoos all over, and I know it's racist, but this is the tell all sign of a real thug.

As for Easton in general, I really cannot understand why Wexner doesn't put an end to all the bullshit. I don't think it's as bad as LJ is making it out to be, but Wexner just needs to make a call and the COTA quits running their. And hire extra security for the next year and just run off all the punks and they will eventually quit showing up. Just seems like such an easy fix, but it fails to get done.

Columbus proper has MAJOR crime issues.
Link? Not disputing but the lists I see dont have them in the top 10. I dont know if they are outdated or not.

This one quotes Forbes....

That's why SB5 should be passed and seniority within unions will not matter in the public sector.

How is that racist? You are not saying he is a thug because of his race, you are saying he is a thug because of the neck tattoos. That's not racism.

I meant stereotypical.

Was out at Easton this weekend, and it was packed. The shooting obviously hasn't deterred anyone.

People in Akron and Cuyahoga Falls call North Hill and Elizabeth Park ghetto. If you're just comparing them to the rest of Akron, they are (with some other pocket areas in Akron as well), but again, that's a narrow scope.

I'd feel a lot more unsafe in areas of Akron then I ever would at Easton.

And I would feel more unsafe in parts of Linden than I would anywhere in Akron. What's your point? Just because there are worse areas, does not mean there are not problems.

Columbus is top 10. Detroit is still #1.

Wasnt about the spot, it was about that you were using a 3-4 year old link...

....that also had Columbus at 9 not 7.
LJ;676743 wrote:Whatever you want to think. I mean, you do realize that Columbus isn't some super safe clean city right? Saying that an area is bad compared to the rest of Columbus is not just over exaggerating. Columbus is the 7th most dangerous city out of cities 500k+.
