I got drunk on Kentucky bourbon ale + Guinness, dangerous combo. I also had the Storm King Imperial, my favorite Imperial yet. </SPAN>

It was a Perpetual IPA, my bad. Awesome beer. We kept wondering why our glasses were empty if it was suppose to be perpetual.

I really enjoyed the Kentucky Bourbon ale. I won't buy it often because of the price but I will get it again.

It's not beer, but I had a 14-year-old single malt called Oban last night. Delicious.

Sad news, The Wife went there Wednesday and it was gone. Sadder news, the Old Style next to it was still there.

Actually this was the first 40 cases of the promised 140 cases from Bells, but the Distributor said they may only get a 100 cases total.

Been drinking a couple or three a night so no new beer for for a few more days.

3 places today were out of it. I'll survive though, picked up some Founders Breakfast Stout, should taste great on a cold ass night like this.

Bought this the other day - ale aged in old oak bourbon casks. Not bad....just not worth $14 for a four pack

I quite enjoyed it but I'm with you on the price.

I've had this a few times, but I have to be in a mood for bourbon and not just beer. I think the bourbon is a little over powering in it almost a little 'fakeish' like bourbon flavor added. Too me it feels like it's added at bottling process instead of part of the brewing process. I makes me fell like I dropped a shot of bourbon in a glass of beer, yep the old Boilermaker which I do like. Not that this beer is bad, just not worth the $$$ for what it is.

Agree with everything above. It's not bad by any means, just not very great or inspired for a craft brew.

I'd rather just have a flaming dr. pepper.

I agree unless you age it for at least a year.

It really melds together nicely. Waiting to age it is annoying, though.

Had a Estrella Galicia last night, very dissapointing compared to the Estrella Damm. Also had a Bitburger Pils from Germany, not much there.

If y'all ever in the 205 try one of these.Best served on tap but still a great local brewed/canned/bottled beer. 22 oz bottles only in select locations due to retared/outdated liquor laws... Note "legally" brewed since '08!

I've had Bluepants Knickerbocker Red in the 256.

How does Dos Equis compare to Corona?

I dislike Corona. Dos Equis is drinkable, but nothing great.

One is a decent dark lager, the other is pale, taste like piss and people in warm climates put a lime in it to try to make it drinkable.

Dos Equis Amber is decent.

Dos Equis or Corona I think are both not good.
