Can you pay more than a dollar for a beer that you'd actually to drink? Thats what I would do.

Still haven't tried this; was at the store a bit ago and didn't see any, then when I was checking out the guy in front of me was buying a bottle. Picked up another 4 pack of Head Hunter, bottle of GI Lolita, and a Unibroue La Fin Du Monde gift pack that came with a sweet tulip glass.

Funny thing is I wanted to start my night early so I rinsed out the tulip and poured a Head Hunter and let it sit for a few min. My wife and I were talking and when I turned around my 1 y/o daughter was messing with my beer; went over and picked up the glass and my wife's car keys were in it. Waste of an entire beer. :(

Couple Columbus IPA's last night whilst playing cards. They were darn tasty.
Will be at the Andersons in Toledo this week so I plan on re filling my stash.

Mom in town this weekend, had a pretty nice tasting last night to celebrate. Zombie Dust, Nugget Nectar, Teddy Bear Kisses (Upland Brewing), sanctification (russian river) arctic panzer wolf and few others were flowing.

Having a bomber of Green Flash's Barleywine.

Yes, I'm cheating. Some of it is because we're moving this weekend, and I've just not been able to keep a steady diet, but it's mostly because fuck InBev.

When I first read this I thought you meant toward The Wife. I say that because I bought 2 Bombers of Enjoy By on Friday and The Wife drank both Bombers Friday night while I was sipping away on some Woodford Reserve. I was able to get 2 more bombers yesterday that we shared last night. Good Brew !!!

Last night was pretty interesting; wasn't planning on drinking (don't know what I was thinking) then decided I wanted the bottle of La Fin Du Monde I had on the shelf. I decided to put it in the freezer to chill it quicker and when I got it out I couldn't pull the cork out. I was pulling on it for a good 5 min or so and realized it wasn't coming out. Took a kitchen knife and sliced of the top of the cork, then used a wine opener to get the rest out. The bottom was so wide it would have been impossible to pull it out.

The Wife was good to me today and bought me some Head Hunter IPA. Not many choices at our Kroger.

A friend of mine brought this over the house, I'll probably open it this weekend. Has anyone had it before?

For snobs traveling to or through Chicago, I recommend finding some Pipeworks Brewing beer. The brewery itself started about a year ago and was named RateBeer's best new brewery for 2012. Good shit.

A not fresh GL LEM > a fresh, ice-cold Bud Light.
