So happy for you. Glad to know you are buying this and leaving the good beers for people that post in this thread

After you have about half of them maybe you could convince Justin to make LJ a Mod over only the Politics Forum.

The beer is not terrible. My favorite beer's are still Founder's Oatmeal Stout, LeftHand Milk Stout, Kentucky Bourbon Ale, and even an ole Newcastle.

Lately I have been trying to "budget" money. Unfortunately, I've switched to "shitty" beer for the time being.

This one is at least effective with the 5.9% Alk

Also, regarding the burn -Sorry if I've rubbed you the wrong way Curly.

I'm not a huge fan of Newcastle, either, but we all have our guilty pleasures. I drink Baltika #9, for example. Not a shite beer, but it's hardly something to brag about.

By the way, Ry, if you're looking to budget, try Baltika #9. Comes in a 51-ounce plastic bottle and is 8%. The bottle is like $4. It's honestly not a shit beer, though it's hardly fantastic. Probably the best light Russian beer I've had, though.

I'm prob in the minority but I still think Newcastle is the best basic brown ale out there.

Sucks for me tonight, beer is just outstanding.

I love Newcastle, reps. Also - reps for letting me know about this bad boy, picking it up on my way home tonight!

The porter is boring but the Stockyard oatmeal stout is great. Smooth, heavy, and dark....just like my women

I finally tried dog fish head 60 and 90 minute I.p.a . I am not a fan of I.P.A 's but these are great . I thought the 90 was by far better. Couldn't tell there was 9% alcohol in it

I can't wait to try it. I just picked up 75 minute a little bit ago, never seen it around here before. Just poured it about a minute ago, also finally picked up Palate Wrecker for the first time.

Hardest part is finding the 120.

75 min is pretty good, but $9 for a 750 is a bit steep. I'd rather pay a dollar or two more for a 4 pack of 90 min.

Victory at Sea right now, been sitting in the stash since Sept. The coffee is faded, chocolate is really coming out. Still FANTASTIC. Gladd I got one more in the cellar.

Is the 120 out all the time or is it only out at certain times?

Also just had a Pinkus organic beer from Germany and it wasn't bad. It's worth trying if you see it anywhere

If you're in a state that carries it, I believe it's out all the time, but don't quote me. I live in Ohio.

I believe the 120 is a one time yearly release. I haven't seen it in years and I talked to a worker at the Party Source, Kentucky. He said last time they received a shipment of it in it was gone within hours.

Just heard that Cellar Rats Brewing will be available in my area. Any of you Northern 'Hioians tried them?

Picked up another 4 pack of Alchemy Hour along with a bottle of Jolly Pumpkin Noel De Calabaza. It's one of the few I've yet to try for JP so really looking forward to it.

Yes it is. The more I drink it the more I like it. On bottle number 3 now and it's kickin my ass.
