In light of all the happenings this week. I say this, my fellow brothers of the FREEHUDDLE World!!! We need our "Founding Fathers" to write up a Declaration Of Independence!!! And proclaim this, the 12th day of November of Our Lord, 2009, INDEPENDENCE DAY!!!!!! Just as those Pilgrims before us, left the clutches of a tyrant the Queen, so have we left the Clutches of an evil Empire from here on out, known as JJHuddle!!!!

When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the interwebs, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nick Mangold entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all posters are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are the right to post without arbitrary interference from overzealous moderators, the right to type “sucks” and “overrated” without being censored, the right to refuse to read crappy “premium” content, and the right to post without paying an ever-changing tax.
--That to secure these rights, web forums are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, -- That whenever any Forum becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to create a new Forum, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Happiness and Continued Posting.
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Forums long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.
But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to leave such a Forum, and to provide a new one for their enjoyment.
--Such has been the patient suffering of these Huddlers; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Huddle. The history of the present JJ and His Huddle Cronies is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these Huddlers. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.
To wit,
*He has arbitrarily enforced rules, with no regard to the facts at hand;
*He has appointed moderators, with no apparent oversight of their functions;
*He has prevented us from engaging in reasonable discourse;
*He has repeatedly censored our language, including such vile words as “overrated”;
*He has attempted to charge us money to post on a forum after ensuring its freedom;
*He has banned numerous erudite and reasonable Huddlers; and
*He has turned our fanatical and compulsive posting and fact gathering to personal financial gain through the sale of the Huddle.
In every stage of these Oppressions We Have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Forum Owner, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant to the 1th degree, is unfit to be the Moderator of a free people. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold the Forum Owner, as we hold the rest of mankind, an Enemy in War, in Peace a Friend.
We, therefore, the Representatives of the New Huddle Order, appealing to Nick Mangold for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of the FreeHuddle, solemnly publish and declare, that this Huddle is, and of Right ought to be Free; that it is Absolved from all Allegiance to the Old Huddle, and that all connection between them is, and ought to be totally dissolved.
-- And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Nick Mangold, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.
