I agree 100%. You guys can rip me all you want but the profanity on here is out of control. If I was a new person looking for an internet board to talk about sports and misc and seen all the cursing I honestly wouldn't come back. I have no intentions of ever leaving here but if we want this thing to grow bigger than JJ's ever was we need to draw a line somewhere. I have been guilty of profanity on here before but never to the extent that has been seen on here of late.

I believe that was the problem with JJHuddle. They were trying to be greater than they could. Forums on the Internet are not unique anymore.

I understand that and I definitely do not want this site to be like JJ's. I want it to be better. But if you post something about a subject or your team ... and just because someone can ... they call you vulgar names or think they should just tell you how f***ing stupid you is just ridiculous. Just my personal opinion and no one has to listen. I just think it is out of hand.

All of the HS boards are supposed to be free of inappropriate language per the rules. Things are a lot more relaxed in here although I do agree the language is getting close to out of control.

well that is fine, but the rules state you can cuss. If you don't like that aspect, then I'm sorry but there is nothing you can do about it. As far as lessening your worth, it's just a bunch of words. fuck shit ass damn...cock balls....who cares! People who usually get offended are the ones looking for something to offend them. Why watch a show if its going to offend you, why listen to the radio if some song is going to offend you, why get on an internet message board that allows cussing if its going to offend you??

Like I said just stating my personal opinion. But anyone new checking this site out, looking for a place to talk sports etc sees all the profanity, probably won't come back.

Really, I think age depends on alot of it also.

Rule: 3. Keep it safe for work. That means no nudity, no swearing in thread titles and limiting the swearing as much as possible in posts. Profanity isn't banned but keep it under control.

You think because the rules are limited that you can abuse the usage.
You're setting the "under control" to meet your justification and potentially going to create a situation where Justin will have to put restricted limited because of people like you.
