Luckeyes:
1. Five players who shouldnt of played
We can debate this all night, but the fact is that they did play.
cats gone wild;626935 wrote:2. Five Arkansas players couldnt pick up a blocked punt and walk the ball into the endzone.
Yes we caught a good break on that, but making mistakes are part of the game.
cats gone wild;626935 wrote:3. Mallet throws 46 straight passes without a int, but threw one when it mattered most
We also dropped two interception before that, and Mallet was barely over 50% for completions on the night. We ran a zone blitz and Mallet got rushed and misread it. That's called good defense, that's not lucky. Besides this is the same thing he did in the Alabama game, so it's par for the course when he is under pressure.
cats gone wild;626935 wrote:4. 6 dropped balls by Ark
Again, we dropped some interceptions, but drops are part of the game. Besides some of those drops were horrible and some were because Mallet was throwing it too hard when he didn't need to.

Again we caught a break but we made the play and they didn't.
cats gone wild;626935 wrote:6. the holding call on Arkansas with 5 minutes to go when they were in OSU territory
Seriously? They commit a penalty, get called for it, and it's lucky? We had a first down negated at the end of the third quarter because of a holding. When the refs make the right call( as with both cases) it's not lucky, it's just football.
cats gone wild;626935 wrote:7. the lucky catch with the OSU players legs.
What catch are you reffering to? Are you talking about Sanzenbacher's touchdown? He ran a good route, had a good pass thrown to him, and made a good catch. That's not lucky. That's making a play.
You are really grasping for straws here. Some of your so called "lucky" plays are just solid football plays. Anyways,we did catch some breaks, but you fail to mention the breaks that Arkansas got as well. That is what sports is all about. It's about taking advantage of the opportunities available and Ohio State did that.
