And none since December 3rd, he started off doing fairly well then regressed pretty much. (which is evident by him losing his starting spot)

Meeks played 17 mins in a starting role and Turner played 35 coming off the bench last night, just sayin.

Patience people. I think Doug Collins does have a clue about the game or basketball. And I think he is doing a great job of bringing Turner along. For some, its a big adjustment. Especially when your used to having the ball in your hands then transitioning to off the ball.

So lets look a deeper into then if they play same minutes.

Meeks: 38% FG, 1.4 rpg, .8 apg, 9.6 ppg +6.96 eff rating

Turner: 40% Fg, 4.5 rpg, 1.9 apg, 7.0 ppg +8.48 eff rating

Now compare Turner's stats to Meeks rookie stats.

Turner is doing just fine and will get better, he is far from the bust people like you and others have tried to portray him as.

Compare where Meeks was drafted to where Turner was..

1st round 2nd pick, all everything in college, POTY ect as compared to 2nd round 11th pick....expectations are not the same
