Who disciplines the defensive players after they jump offsides or get personal fouls or get beat on plays? Does the defensive coach really get it if this constantly is happening?

Ashland's defense has not been scored on the last two games so the previous comment about Orrville being the only team in America to not score on the Arrows defense is incorrect.

Rrn, I don't know why I am going to sit here and argue with ignorance. You are pathetic. Hey, dont take into consideration either that this team is suffering a loss, like most people, youd be physically ready to play but mentally.not so much...unless you're heartless. And by the way, lichti wants to run to coach, tradition of that started with Tim, that's his choice, no davault. And stew doesn't get in the huddle cause he is not part of the play.

Then that just firms up everything I am talking about. Not part of the play? Then why not play with 10 players. Or just 1 or 2 if that is the case. The fact he doesnt go to the huddle is a joke. Is he a part of this team or not? And stop using the player dying as an excuse for anything that took place Friday. THis nonsense has been happening all year and people like you are looking for a scapegoat. That is pathetic in a lot of ways. IF Trevor WHite and Drew Brenner start next week that is a disgrace to a football program. Those 2 should be punished for their actions. Im sure they wont be though. Trrevors mom sat in the stands Friday and yelling at least he is aggressive? Really? If my kid ever acted like that he would be done. Oh and by the way he is 9 years old and doesnt act that way because me as his coach and his dad wont put up with it.

Your last post was some 36 hours after the game ended. If you are still this angry at our coaches, high school players, parents, family members and fans then may I suggest not subjecting yourself to such adversity by not coming to the games. As for some of the attitudes on this thread, you call yourself fans? It's one thing to be passionate about the game, but to act the way some of you are is acting and the things you're saying is ridiculous. They are still KIDS for one. For two, you think most even had their head in the game last night after losing a teammate? Get real. I highly doubt it. If Orrville nation is such a "family" and has such great "tradition", then y'all would be supporting each other right now, not complaining about mistakes made during a meaningless football game and crying about a loss. Just two cents from an outsider.

Yep mad props to you for saying your name. You should be proud of your son. He has worked hard and had a fantastic year. Nobody is saying anything different. To be honest with you this has nothing negative to do with your son. THis is all about our coaches lack of holding a program together. When I saw Trevor slam that kids helmet into the ground, then not shake hands after the game that is poor sportsmanship. Im not blaming him for it as much as I am Davault. He has let the lack of discipline get out of control. These are the types of things that should not be allowed and kids held accountable for making mistakes because lets face it they are kids I get that. He made a mkistake and thats fine but what really gets to me is when nobody says a word to him. Please pull him out of the game, talk to him, get his head straight and put him back in. Simple as that. Oh and Im noit angry I gave up on that Im just extremely disappointed in the lack of sportsmanship and if you saw the dsame thing I did I would hope you would be too.

Its apparent week after week that these talks arent happening. I dont need to be around the program that much to figure that out. Tell me who you are then i will. You are probably Coach Davault. If so give me a call I can teach you a lot about things other than football. Its not just about X's and O's. You have to be a leader and he clearly isnt. He is a football guy (maybe) but there is way more to coaching than that. Teaching these kids life lessons and being a disciplinarian is all a part of it. In my oponion this stage is too much for the guy! Lets face it in Orrville going 7-3 or 6-4 and not playing with class are unacceptable especially with the talent this team has and coach is just not getting it done!!!

Coach Davault is pretty busy tonight attending the calling hours for Cody Hines....and I've heard him call sites like this "garbage" in the past. I'm sure the posts of the last few days would only reinforce his theory.

Again, publicly listed email and public Booster Club meetings. There is absolutely nothing standing in your way from discussing issues with these people directly.

Actually RR1 I will be in Vegas that week on business. Its not a way of getting out of anything. Im not sure why you continue to stand behind this coach. Ive seen on your site too you call out the lack of discipline I am just saying things that most people wont. As far as Davault never getting on this site Im pretty sure even you dont believe that one. THat is a decoy if ive ever heard one. Actually maybe on the other hand he doesnt or he would realize that this program is in disarray and maybe fix it. Explain to me the obscene gesture aimed at the Ashland sideline Friday. GO to the paysite and confirm for yourself that it happened. Everybody over there saw it. Maybe in Orrville we only choose to see and hear the things we want to instead of getting with reality

And just to back up RR1, those e-mails and phone numbers and Booster Club info are readily available....at the point of a mouse or a phone call. Posting up "how do you find....blah blah" is weak. If you're THAT concerned, you will find it. So just keep using your 1st Amendment freedom, but know that your "agenda" has been noted.
