O-G by 14. Kahle and Kuffman will be very hard to slow down. As for Genoa, Nutter will need to have a game like he did against Eastwood. This years Genoa team is just a couple notches below the previous three, which by no means is a knock on these guys.

Sounds like the Titans top running back Kuhlman is out for the game. Big loss for the Titans

What kind of offense do they run...will that injury hurt their chances?

^^They run the same Offense they did against Orrville last year :)

Since, to my knowledge, there are zero OG fans on this site it will be hard to get viewpoints and predictions from the OG faithful. Pretty much all biased speculation.

They run the I formation or a singleback set but it's power formations and yea their RB and QB account for about 75% of their carries and they can throw it but prefer to keep it to 15 passes or less

They put it up in the air a little more cause our run defense was strong...maybe they will do the same with the comets.

If they did any scouting they will. Our D-Line really blew up a lot of runs against Eastwood and would give OG fits for sure

Yeah look for them to break out the shotgun and toss the pigskin around, especially if their RB is injured...

That is why they are so dangerous, they can adapt to their opponents weaknesses and take advantage of it.

its gonna be a great game. its gonna be 35 outside or so. perfect playoff football weather. do i sure miss it. when we played OG my senior year in the regional final they were a very physical. which i think made the game that much better. that had some talent but our team made the plays when we had to. ie ryan bless (dl) having 2 ints in the first quarter. i hope for another great game. the atmosphere should be amazing.

Not from Ottawa but in the region....OG stopped Kenton's offense when OG was at full strength. Week after that game OG went thru some internal issues with suspensions etc and suffered some set backs. With everyone back (except Kuhlman) they have slowly started to hit their stride again and are looking good. Last 2 games they have started out slow, made half time adjustments and won going away. OG D coordinator is very good at exploiting opponents weakness. To whoever made comment about them going into shotgun....lol..Hope you were joking. You will see smash mouth football from the Titans with w few passes to keep defenses honest.

beat me to it QB! yep. We shut down the run and they adapted and although it was not a true "spread" they hit plays when they needed. Just enough to get it done. Sound program.

haha! Yeah That is why they are so dangerous because they adapt to who they play so well....

Beat a 5 wide spread attack in Kenton, Then they can shut down the run as well. The Titans have a very good coaching staff.

Glad these two have to play each other, then get the winner of the Clear Fork game...lol

but saying what? That you have been to TWO games this year yet acting like you are a true O-G follower and know what they do offensively and defensively?

Exactly "they didn't need to"....they adjust to who they are playing! lol that is what we have been saying this whole time!
