Why doesnt' everyone who is religious base their answer as if there was no religion. Don't base your answer on the bible, base it on your personal opinion.

We have. If you have read any of the other threads pertaining to this (not just this one) you will find that alot of times, it is the non-religious folks who bring religion into it. Sure, there are times people of faith will bring religion into it, but just as often it's the other way around.

I get what you're saying, but people's opinions are based on their worldview, and the worldview of religious people is often (or should be) based on the Bible (or whatever sacred scripture they use). Ultimately people's opinions on the issue come down to right vs. wrong, so naturally religious beliefs are going to creep into that argument eventually. Even atheists have a religious worldview, and that will affect their opinions also.
