I forgot all about the Jeffersonville Outlets.

There's no Starbucks there, but that is a welcoming site of civilized life after seeing nothing for 30+ miles.

I was driving back to Cincy from Youngstown on Thanksgiving night one year, and about three miles up from the Jeffersonville Outlet mall, traffic just came to a stop except for the left lane where it was moving...but very slowly. I made my way over, and it didn't take long to see what the problem was. The mall was opening at midnight for their Black Friday sales, and since it was about 10:00pm, people were starting to arrive so they could be the first people in line to get shit. Parking was so bad that people were just pulling over on the side of 71 (both northbound and southbound) as far as 3 miles from the exit and they were walking to the mall!

Oh, and there were some asshole cops directing traffic and making sure those people walking across the highway didn't get killed. I couldn't believe it. They were smiling at people, and wishing them a happy Thanksgiving. I was so upset, I came back to my dorm and put a thread on JJs about how terrible the cops were.

I make that trek up and down i-71 (Columbus to Cincinnati) nearly every week. As someone else said there is no Starbucks at the Jefferson Outlets, but isn't there some off brand coffee place at the food court? I don't drink coffee, but frequently stop at the McDonald's to get my large sweet tea fix.

I worked out at the J-Ville Outlets a while ago but I don't remember any coffee place at the food court.
