He still completed 66% of his passes for 357 yards (nearly a 10yards per completion) and a touchdown against the #1 ranked team in the country who's first in scoring defense and 28th in pass defense. On the season he's completing 69% of his passes, he has 1438 passing yards, and 10 TD's to 5 INT's and a .04 passer rating. I'm not saying he should be on the list, just that it's not completely outrageous if he is.

.04 passer rating? That might be the lowest I've ever seen, and you think he should be a Heisman contender?? :p

18 rushes, 218 yds, 2 TDs

Denard is pretty damn good.

Pryor didn't really help his case today. I was listening to some sports talk the other day....one of the national guys said that Ingram's effort last week was enough to put him in the top 3.....

I'll agree, he is pretty damn good. And he is easily in front as far as Heisman. But he has yet to play even a decent defense. I need to see him do something against quality. But still...he i sputting up some amazing numbers.

I honestly don't see Pryor winning to be honest. Not unless he steps up and has some huge games down the stretch. He has improved greatly...but he still has a ways to go as far as throwing the ball consistantly.

The Heisman is Mark Ingram's to lose RIGHT NOW, assuming Bama doesn't lose and he continues to roll as he has. With that said, Robinson's stats are insane. Ryan Mallett's are going to end up insane as well.

I agree. Ingram is a beast and will hang 150 on Florida today.

Not if Robinson keeps putting up the numbers he is. Like Tebow his soph year. That being said, if Ingram has a big game vs Fla...he is certainly right there. But Robinson is on another planet right now.

It's definitely Robinson's to lose and the Tebow sophomore year comparison is on the money. His numbers are so out of the this world right now that it will compensate for the fact Michigan won't be in the national title hunt which is the situation Tebow faced his sophomore year.

Robinson is actually the leading rusher in the nation, and his passing statistics are above average. Voters have also stopped being hesitant to vote for underclassmen like they once were, so he is continues at anywhere near this pace it will be almost impossible not to give it to him. It's not his fault their defense may be the worst in the country, he can only control what the offense does and he is doing a bang up job of it.

Robinson won't make it the whole season. He has left I think all but 1 game hurt against some cream puffs.

It's a two man race between Robinson and Ingram. I think Ingram ends up winning it.

Lol Gerb, his opponents had NOTHING to do with him getting injured either time. It could of happened with me or you tackling him. He just landed hard and bruised his knee against BGSU and landed directly on that same knee today. Its not like some big 250lb linebacker rung his bell

Pryor got hurt today because it was a physical Big Ten game right?

Yes. Even if a physical play didn't directly cause the injury, the accumulation of hits takes its toll and can cause you make an awkward cut or misstep to avoid another hit and you end up pulling something. It is the reason I hate that we have to run Pryor so much because the running backs that Tressel will allow off the bench are ineffective much of the time.
