Let's be honest, major college athletic programs CAN'T afford to go play a game in Boise, as they have huge Athletic Departments to run, basically off of their football revenues. OSU couldn't make enough money packing a 30,000 seat stadium. It just isn't logical. College football is a business, like it or not.
