I am not impressed with with the argument if they finish the season undefeated they deserve to play for the National Title game. They play in a weak conference where each week the starters play about 3 quarters, and they are done. I hate the argument, that people say they know how to win the big games. Yah sure they have been in 3 or 4 big games. Give me a break they play one good team every year. Boise State did not want to join the Pac 10 , they had already signed a contract with the MWC. That has to be one of the dumbest moves ever. Yah TCU is there so now instead of having a big out of conference games, they will just wait till they play TCU later in the year. Boise State playing in the National Title is a joke in my eyes. I just don't think 1 big win and being undefeated should get you there, while other teams in the BCS conf are fighting and clawing each week to get through there schedule untouched. I would take a 1 loss Big 10 and SEC team over a undefeated Boise State team.
See my above post. Show me where Boise State joined the MWC because they "didn't want to join the PAC-10". Once again, money makes the world go 'round in college football. There is no way Boise State's AD didn't want to join the PAC-10. I don't know the exact numbers, but I would guess the bottom of the barrel PAC-10 teams make more. For instance:

Boise State didn't make a BCS bowl in this college football season, so I don't exactly know how much more that would have helped them in their revenue. But still, they had a far more successful season than Washington State did, who has been down for years now. Yet Washington State still pulled in $40 million while Boise pulled in only $22 million. Like I said, I would have a very, very, very hard time believing Boise State is ducking the PAC-10 with that kind of money at stake.
