The New Hampshire Union Leader says Dubois' suit contends he suffered permanent brain damage.
sounds like homeboy had brain damage before he ever went to this class.

Seriously, unless there is something we aren't being told here (like the teacher told him too), then the judge should immediately throw out this case, order the father and the son castrated, order the mother to get a hysterectomy, give the kid a bear dick punch and upper deck their toilets.
