So I live on the corner of an intersection in a town of about 150 people, and I have a driveway that goes from one road to the other by looping around the back of my house. Right now, however, this tiny town is hosting a festival that draws about 15,000 people, and needless to say, parking is an issue. Here is my problem. I come home today and there are cars parked in front of both driveway entrances. Now its not like these are hidden entrances. Both of them are a big gap between trees and it is very noticable that there is a driveway entrance. Someone was tailgaiting at one of them, so I ask them nicely but firmly to move their vehicle so I can actually get to my house, and they back up to the point that they are hanging several feet into my driveway but I can get in. So my question is do I get the other guy towed since he is completely blocking the entrance? I can't back out of either exit because there are trees right up to the edge and you can't see any traffic coming, so if I want to use the same entrance I have to turn around in my yard.
