What do the green icons that I've circled in the picture below mean? I've noticed some plays have this icon in the upper-righthand corner, and some don't. Any idea?

I'm pretty sure it means the run play sets up the pass play. So if you run the end around run there a few times, the defense is more likely to bite on it when you run the PA end around and you should have a WR wide open.

It means use the run to set up the pass. Most of your dives, blasts, etc. have some sort of play action off of it. If you perform the original play and then the set up play I think you get an award on PS#

I noticed when you run a "Setup!" play, 90% of the time it fails.

with me it's more like a 70% chance of failing for a setup run and if it's a PA pass, it fails about 95% of the time.
