The guy at GNC agreed with the Mayo Clinic on Colon Clensing, but said the Complete Body Clense is better and can actually cause a change for the better.

I would not take advice from 'THe Guy". The Mayo clinic may be more qualified.

Penn and Teller's BS on Colonics say the same thing. Your body produces and releases the waste naturally. I don't get these things, I think there is a reason they only give you enimas or a system flush when you are sick or need a specific treatment performed.

I said the guy at GNC AGREED with them...but explained why the complete body clense is not bad for you..I know he could be just be lying to make the sale. However, the results my buddy had are undeniable.

I have done 2 advocare cleanses and I would at least tell you to give it a try. I lost 8 pounds the first time and 6 the second time. I just felt better afterwards both times. I felt like once I did them, I got full faster and I believe the supplements I was taking seemed to work a little better. The stuff that comes out of you will blow your mind. You just cannot believe what is stuck to your digestive system.

I did Evercleanse, and I didn't really have much "nasty stuff" come out of me. One of the things that I did notice after the cleanse was that I was having much healthier shits.
