Here's why I have asked certain question that may not be directly topic related.

I've only asked why to better understand how I might further add to this topic. I've given my opinion and yet you have called me names, been sarcastic and upset that I hadn't responded to your comments. If I better understood what it was you wanted I might better be able to go on with this obsession of a topic....then again maybe I wouldn't.

It was certainly hypocritical of me and for that I apologize. Going forward I will try to refrain from getting off topic.

It's a fact that we are currently off topic in this thread, but that was only due to Society and LJ's initial stray into talking about real estate a few pages back (there's your real answer TS1227).

I'm currently waiting for LJ to comment on my last post to him and then I am going to start an entirely new thread to address it. So, this could be my last real estate post on the thread.

Nope. Once this thread dies I'm going to log in as you and post something real estate related 3 months later.

Maybe you can simply continue on the old RE thread.

What if I really don't care because you have a completely different view of the industry than I do and you are just going to disagree with anything I say anyways? Start your thread, I won't be posting in it.

Now you're just being a jerk. There is no "different view" of why certain developer homes lose value immediately after being built and then have an abnormally high rate of foreclosure. It's reality and there are reasons behind it that the general public is not aware of. You may or may not know about this, but don't be afraid to learn a thing or two. I learned yesterday what a market maker is in securities trading and it wasn't painful at all. The thread will be there as soon as I get some spare time so do what you want with it.

You'd think someone in your profession would be interested in this, but maybe not. Or maybe you're just too damn stubborn.
