That isn't what I do, but umm, thanks? that isn't what my dad or grandpa did either, they were developers and held properties as investments and owned subsidiary companies that ran the properties. I worked for both companies growing up, but it's kind of hard to do that anymore when the companies have been sold for at minimum 6 years. good to know you have no idea what the fuck you are talking about, as usual.
