Its ok now. He has added an amendment to allow high schools and colleges to have live mascots

I believe that Massillon takes great care of their "obies" I have not seen a tiger yet that looks sad or depressed. The obie handlers know what to expect, know how to handle, and know when to pass obie on to more experienced handlers. I see nothing wrong with having obie as a mascot. Great job by the obie handlers.
