How do you change the Administrative Rights settings on a computer:

Start
Control Panel
Administrative Tools
Computer Management


........then what????

Here is a way I would do it:

Window + E (open Windows Explorer).
Right-click on My Computer and choose Manage.
Expand Local Users and Groups.
Select Users.
Right-click on a user, and choose Properties.
Choose the Member Of tab.
Click the Add button.
Search for your Administrator group.
Click OK.
