So you think that the insurgents do not feel like their only effective way to fight is through guerrilla tactics and showcases of brutality? I think that if they had other ways to hurt us they would. But they think they don't. Doesn't make it right and I have always said it doesn't make it right. You don't have to agree with someone to understand their thinking.

they are scum and deserve to die. But you of course say they are not necessarily bad guys. they are not necessarily bad guys for killing American service people. they are not necessarily bad guys for setting off that IED that killed American soldiers, they are not necessarily bad guys for using that suicide bomber to kill American marines who are there for us. And you say you have gratitude toward our troops. right.

I have told them that I don't think much of the current conflicts. None of them have been as closed minded as you in labeling me as anti-American. It's almost like you're afraid of anyone with a different opinion.

As for legitimizing things. I have many times stated that the 9/11 attacks were absolutely abhorrent. You refuse to acknowledge that if some country blew your town up and killed your relatives (even if they mistakenly thought your families home was a target) in the name of good that you might be pretty damned mad at them.

Well, since he never said on this forum those people "aren(')t such bad guys", I'd guess he didn't to other people he talked to. That's just one of your slippery slope arguments. The closest to a weasel here is you, since you're the one who distorts things others say to "prove" whatever rant you're going on at the time.

When your little cohort says that using "gorilla" tactics against Americans does not necessarily make you a bad guy, that is what it means. Some of these killers of our troops meet IWPs standard of ok kind of guys.

They meet my standard of "confused and very angry" type of guys. Especially if their family members have been hurt or killed by Americans. This doesn't apply to all or even most of the insurgents but I'm sure there are those that it does. You don't have to be a demon to try to hurt those that hurt you, even if those that hurt you did it on accident and while trying to do the right thing.

You also seem to be fond of making sure to use my misspelling of the word "guerrilla" as if it makes me look like an idiot or something. Maybe you should also point out that I use comma splices way too often. That will show everyone what a dolt I am!

everyone makes spelling mistakes, so you are an informer, you do provide sympathy for our enemies, but I never said you were a dolt.

Most and likely damn near all of our enemies are evil douche bags. But most isn't all. Is it? That's pretty much my point. You think it is impossible to want to harm Americans without being some evil scum. I think it is possible to want to do so and not be evil but instead misguided and blinded by anger/sadness or influenced by those around you.

Everyone that does a bad deed is not necessarily a bad person. Doesn't make the deed any more right but it's still true.

maybe you can stand there next to those killed and wounded American and say hey you got it from a nice guy who was just a little confused. Killing, crippling, wounding an American service person defines them as evil for me. Obviously killing our soldiers does not necessarily make them evil to you.
Widen your vocabulary and find out what an informer is.
