Piazza never gave anyone reason to think he was gay ... why, cause he was a decent-looking, well-spoken guy? That rumor was a joke, I mean Ricky Martin is one thing, but Piazza? Come on. That guy scored more poon than everyone on this site combined.

Yea, I know we fucking traded him. We also traded Pedro Martinez because Lasorda didn't think he was tall enough to be a starting pitcher.

We also traded him for Delino DeShields. STRAIGHT FUCKING UP.

haha, no worries SE, I really have no personal feelings about it, I just never knew how that rumor came about. I heard stories about him being a really cool guy partying with girls in the Village all the time, buying shots for everyone in the bar, stuff like that.
