It would be kind of a let down if everybody rejoins their teams and Bosh ends up with Houston haha. All that buzz and hype and then an anti-climactic result like that

Lakers end up the big winner in that scenario. Without some sort of talent consolidation they are best positioned to continue running off championships for the next few years given the core of guys they have.

Boston is a year older, Phoenix lost Stoudamire, Utah loses Boozer most likely. The west is being weakened and the east is devoid of a loaded team if things stay relatively like they are.

Miami and Dallas have had discussions about possible S&T's. I'd like a front court of Bosh and Haywood (even though he'll probably dip in numbers since it was a contract year)

White Chocolate may find his way back to Miami. Something I wouldn't mind at all if for the vet min.

Pretty sure I'm the only one with interest, oh well.

WKNR is reporting that Melo signed his extension with the Nuggets. The Knicks cannot be happy about this at all.

This is the only link I can find, but it is supposedly a done deal.

Nothing from the world wide leader yet, but this would be a pretty big blow to the Knicks. Seems like they were kind of targeting him

Heat are trying to go after LBJ. However, if they can't lure him in, the Heat are looking to make some trades with the Blazers. The Heat are looking at absorbing Miller's 7M contract and possible trading Chalmers and a 1st for Rudy. Beasley's name has also been thrown around.

One exec in the NBA believes the salary cap will be higher than 56.1M. That could create a bit more drama with this whole thing. I'd be surprised if it was anything more than 1.5M, but even an amount that big could be the slight difference in a move or two the shapes the NBA.

Damn, the NBA cap is going to be set at 58.044M! I didn't see it being nearly 2M more than anticipated. The lux tax will be set at 70.307M. The mid level is going to be set at 5.765M. That could be some very good news for my Heat. An extra 2M could go a long way.

He'll get you some nice blocks, have some games where the jumper is falling, but he won't rebound like you'd expect him to and he'll be nowhere to be found in the playoffs. He's a nice backup center.

That's all we'll really need him to be when Perkins comes back... Jermaine O' Neal would just split time w/ Big Baby a lot of the time... then when Perk comes back we'll have a solid frontline of Perkins, KG, Baby & JO

If you are Mike Miller, as soon as Pat Riley calls, you say, "I accept!"

I am trying to figure it out, but they need someone to take a paycut to be able to offer that money. Something about a BAE or something....
