There are only 2 sexes, and zero genders. What everyone has are personalities, which change as a person grows. We all act differently, and think differently at all stages of our development. Personalities change constantly, but mutilating your body at such a young age, is irreversible, and should not be allowed for minors.

State or federal legislators? What state? My point is Specifics matter, language matters. Using generalized terms is just a way to stir up emotions. I live in Ohio, I don't like the new abortion law that just went into affect. I plan on sending emails, and not voting for my local representatives that support this law.

An average of 4500 men die each year from work related accidents, a little over 400 women. On average 1900 plus soldiers die each year from active duty military. There are inherent risks in every life choice we make. Each should be minimized as much as possible, but impossible to make zero.

At the jr sr high school I work at, every door is locked, front entrance has a magnetic entry in the foyer that you buzz in and office has video of you to allow you in. We also have a resource officer, he walks around building.
My ideas include zero visitors allowed in building unless they can show they are not carrying a weapon. Checked by resource officer watching video. If parents or visitors dont like it, get lost.
Deliveries left in foyer, not picked up until foyer is empty. Teachers and administrators checking external doors that are locked.
Another resource officer added as well to each building.
The problem with going after the mental health and gun debate are those pesky bill of rights amendments.

Woke up on a Tuesday morning after finishing my shift as a bartender at the Emmitt House in Waverly, Ohio finishing up my final year in college. A buddy of mine was getting married in Reno and we were flying out in the afternoon with the entire wedding party. We had rooms booked and plans made. I was single at the time and I turned on ESPN and the ticker at the bottom said turn to abc for more bomb coverage. I remember thinking to myself who is getting attacked now, and that is when I saw the planes crashing into the Trade Centers! I sat stunned, called my mom and brother just to make sure I was seeing what I thought I was. All flights grounded, we got some of our money back, but didn’t care. Just thinking that we could have been one of those flights hijacked, and the loss of life made us grateful for what we had. We pooled our money and got mountain cabins in Pigeon Forge later in the week for our friends wedding. I have only flown twice since then, hate it.
