Trump's not wrong when he said that Ukraine is one of the, if not the, most corrupt country in the world and the current regime is just printing them money.
There was a video out there that was cracking me up. It was JJ Reddick in a press conference and they must have dubbed over his voice where Reddick was saying "yeah, Bronny sucks...bout freakin' time we sent him to the G League" and other stuff like that. You'd have to hear it but very funny.

Saw where prior to the season, Williams told the Bears punter "you won't be punting much." The punter has accounted for more yards punting than Williams has in total offense.
In total awesomeness news, since CNN has gone to war against Trump (2016) they have gone from 13.3 million prime time viewrs to 800k, a decline of 93.99%.
posted by CenterBHSFanFrom the vids I've seen all the MSM talked about this one cultural having a larger impact this election than it normally would have. Even MSNBC said that the Trump ad (Kamala is for they/them, Trump is for you) played during sports had a big impact.
I think that when the Payton McNabb story came out, people decided they wanted no part of that shit happening.
It resonated heavily with men and I know a lot of younger men who are sick of the woke culture.

The Trans debate was a small(er) issue, from what I saw. The reason most people voted for Trump was inflation/economy, immigration and the clusterfuck of how the Dems were/are handling international relations.
I think, like myself, a lot of people think it's bullshit that men can compete against women in sports at the higher levels. Nothing says "I suck against my own gender so I'll change it so I can win and feel good about myself" like trans men competing against women. Also not a fan of potentially allowing little kids to make the call on their gender. But at the end of the day, this wasn't a top reason for voting for him. Way down my list, along with abortion.

Perhaps the current regime has turned it into such garbage that it takes two to fix it?
posted by CenterBHSFanI'd like to see Peter Boghossian get the DoE tap. I've been following what he's been up to for many years. He is heterodox, independent and has himself felt the full force of the spastic hate of having his own mind on a college campus.
I hope he gets it and makes it so useless as to be useless.
I'm getting the impression that the DoE, on that national/federal (not state) level, is viewed as a vestigial organ and could be gotten rid of.

So Jed Wills has come out and said he didn't play against the Rats in a "business decision." This "I don't really like football but I love the money" POS needs to either retire or go play RT for another team because he doesn't have the athleticism to block top edge rushers. He did the team a favor with that move as he just Wally Pipp'd himself out of and Dawand Jones into the role.
He's putting together a very solid team. Think he learned from the last time around. Critical that he hits the ground running on day 1 as he only has about 18 months to get whatever policies he wants/needs to intact.
So some shrink on MSNBC is recommending that "if your family members voted against your beliefs (i.e. voted for Trump) in this past election that you shouldn't (or have the right not to) attend your family's Thanksgiving get together to take a stand." Grow up

It's safe to say Jill Biden isn't a fan of Harris. If looks could kill at that ceremony today. Damn, Jill Biden looked like she wanted to be anywhere but sitting next to Harris. lol
Interesting that Trump used his son's viewpoint to help target a particular voter base..
posted by iclfan2On his way out, McConnell is trying to hold a secret ballot to determine the leader of the Senate. And is only giving them 3 options supposedly. Completely ridiculous.
POS can't be gone fast enough. He's Pelosi/Schiff's brother from another mother.

Kamala "aides" are saying Biden should step down and make her POTUS, in some make-a-wish style of history making.
Harris advisor Jamal Simmons actually says the meme live on CNN, advocating for Joe Biden to resign the presidency so Kamala Harris can become the first female president for a matter of weeks. Good riddance to these idiots. pic.twitter.com/5UNzKDeZFQ

Does this shock you that the Participation Trophy Party would want to do this?

New left wing conspiracy:
Well, that's a bunch of crap.
I saw a video of a University of Oregon Director of Sorority/Fraternity Affairs (or something) losing his mind on Twitter saying "all Trump voters should jump off a bridge." Meanwhile, he's talking down to non-educated by saying "don't like the cost of groceries, get a better job.....get a college education, etc, etc." He's doing EXACTLY what lost the Dems the election. He's demeaning their previous voter base. Some of these people may not want a college education, or be suited to it. I hope they continue this downward spiral. They are not only ignoring them abut are also alienating them.
There's something to be said for a team that has 5 turnovers and STILL beats an opponent, that's considered one of the top teams in the AFC, on their home field. Lions/Goff had a bad night but they're still really damn good.

posted by Ironman92Let me speak on the last part a bit. 27 years of having these kids in phys ed and have had a lunch duty each year as well. This year kinda got stuck with a breakfast duty.
We have a lot of healthy women classroom teachers and they insist the sugary breakfast do more harm than good. I’ve always agreed.
1. I teach in a poor district in southern ohio BUT I will say that the “hungry” kids are way overblown. It’s huge. The actual hungry kid may be under 5% at my school, might be under 3% and yes, those kids are fed extra and given foods to take home every weekend.
2. It’s a processed food and sugar fest. During breakfast a couple weeks ago it alarmed me at what they served. I checked the labels on the 3 items (because everything is in a package) and the 3 items totaled 95 grams of carbs (way more than 1/2 was sugar) and 5 grams of protein.
The average/popular breakfast is a Cinnamon Toast Crunch type cereal, chocolate milk, cinnamon Graham crackers and a grape juice. That wouldn’t fill any hungry kid up but it sure as hell will get an 8 year old all wired up. They’ll pound those grape juices. Those foods just tend to make you want more of those foods, nothing filling there. Loads of sugar.
Friday we served those 6 pack of chocolate hostess style donuts. Kids grabbing extra packs snd pounding those grape juices. The donuts were 45% of daily supply of saturated fat. They get away with this because they are “whole grain”….all these shitty choices are “whole grain”….so it’s kinda the 290 lb guy at McDonalds getting the double qtr meal….super-sized but gets a Diet Coke to save his health. I learned the “whole grain” trick from my SNAP-ed girl that co teaches nutrition with me for a month each year. She’s through OSU and I think the SNAP-ed is one of the programs Trump is cutting.
As for the obesity…the 7 year olds aren’t quite there but it’s full force by age 9, so you were close and their poor physical conditioning is coupled with the lazy desires of the day which include YouTube videos and video games. They don’t go outside anymore.
Sadder part is that I heard a statistic that, god forbid, we'd have to have another draft, a good portion of the males in the age bracket are disqualified due to obesity.
^^^^ not sure whether true or false but had heard, even though Harris' spent a billion on her campaign, they were still 20 million in debt and weren't paying their workers.
