Nuggets play like ass in the 4th, hardly score and Murray only a few minutes and ends 6 rb 3 ast….Jokic over, Reaves over

If Cavs are -6, and win by 6, the score is a tie. Why would that be a win?

If I bet them to win by 6 and they win by 6 it should be a win. Why is it a tie if they win by the amount I bet them to?

 I understand “bet -5.5 next time” etc. and this is how it works. And why I bet less and less.

You didn’t bet them to win by 6. You bet them to cover 6, which they didn’t. Memphis at +6 would also pay out in your scenario. 

The spread is how many points you need to add or subtract from the total score for the team you bet. So if you subtract 6 from the Cavs, they did not win the game. It was tied. Hence, push.

I’ve held Shai under 24 pts…held AE under 18 points in a game they scored over 130 in OT. Held LeBron under 4 assist, held Trae Young to 2 Rb…..did a 6 leg parlay and an 8 leg and Dam can’t score 15 points and Giannis gonna have 19 pts and 25 reb to miss hitting both
