Visited the ruins of Petra, Jordan. 

Visited the market and castle of Aleppo back in 2005. 

Partied in Beirut, Lebanon

Very cool.   What was it like going through that narrow passage, and then suddenly seeing the Treasury in front of you?  Did you go inside any of the structures?

I walked with a small tour group thru Hezekiah's Tunnel (Jerusalem) at night in our underwear.  The 3 or 4 ladies in the group were behind the men at a discreet distance.  The last 200 yards we all turned out our flashlights and walked the remainder in absolute total darkness.  Major adrenaline rush.

Petra is pretty freaking cool. The Treasury is awesome to come up to. But, it is really shallow on the inside, so that was the only disappointment. However, the rest of the site was amazing. The whole area is pretty big and takes most of the day to hike around.
