If the evangelicals are right about the rapture, the majority of people being left would be white leftists. The black population almost definitely has the highest percentage of Christianity of all demographics except maybe latinos.

The "black and brown" people will be gone in the rapture and the radical left white folks will have to find a way to make it about them as victims.

It’s not about politics.  That’s just where the demographics of Christianity currently are. 

I always look at these self proclaimed prophets with a cynical and jaundiced eye. And then I double down on that thought for the people that believe it. The Bible makes it clear that we won't be privy to a time stamp 🤷‍♀️

I understand the demographics (sort of the point of the joke), but it doesn't change what I said.  Since when does the left need proof of actual racism to claim it as such?

I think the more fun thought would be how many religious right people will be all mad at teh heavens because they didn't make the rapture cut due to how so, so many of them are fake losers whose version of religion involves cherry-picking verses that back up their views and ignoring the ones that don't. 

So, don't worry; we'll all be having the same forever arguments about politics during tribulation times that we were having before it! While roughly 1/1000 people actually ascend. Fuck, for all we know, the rapture actually happened and so few people were worthy, none of us have realized it yet!

It’s the main reason evangelicals are obsessed with Israel. They believe God desires them to bring the Jews together in Israel in order for the rapture to kick off. Many Jews don’t appreciate faux “love” due to nothing more than being pieces in the little born again chess game.
