Affidavit's don't need to be filed in a court, although they can be as part of a case. They do need to be notarized to be 'official', which this one was.

Not surprised this "story" has surfaced. Trump lost that debate so overwhelmingly, his handlers were going to do something for damage control. The problem with this "whistleblower" strategy, is that it still doesn't explain why his answers sucked some horribly.

There are too many people here who hyper-focus on somebody and it's creepy as fuck. I deal with those types at work for my job and all I can say is that some of you should go talk to maybe a counselor or therapist. Definitely broaden your horizons and engage with others.
But seriously, it's creepy, and if I could block those types on this site I would.

Also, not sure if this has been touched upon but could you imagine the outrage by the media and the party if these attempts were on Harris instead of Trump? Friggin Taylor Swift and her band of idiots would be storming Mar-a-Lago in Sherman tanks out for blood.

I'm going to say that one possibility against IVF would be because of the loss of fertilized eggs not used. That would be a very Catholic stance. I'm just guessing, though.

I did some research.
Rs already passed an IVF bill in the House. There is no need for the Ds to make their own bill on the Senate when they could just pass the Rs that they already passed in the house.
That’s why the Rs voted against it, there is no use in passing a separate different bill in the Senate when the Senate could just vote on the one that already passed the house….
Much simpler reason that just “republicans are evil”
