Nopes....good guesses
This guy was an infielder....about the time Dunn came to the majors
Peralta struck out a ton, dont think he pushed 175 though. And was never on Tribe twice. Casey Blake struck out a shit ton one year, he may have come back for a stint.
Jose Hernandez? I hated that guy. Only 1 year, but I swear he came up in so many huge situations and always failed. Tribe was reallllly good that year too. I wanna saw 2005, but maybe 2007.

Yep 2002 Brewers
Question #168
9 different players have struck out 200+ times in a season....those 9 have totaled 13x over 200 K.......8 of those players averaged 37 HR during their 200 K years. Name the 1 player who had over 200 strikeouts but only 15 HR that season.
The only player i can think of that stuck out a ton but wasn't a masher is Drew Stubbs.
I say Drew Stubbs

I say Drew Stubbs
It’s him...the golden child of Dusty Baker
Yoan Moncada of White Sox also had a 17 HR 200 k season.....take away those two and avg #HR during 200 K season is 39!
I was so flippin' mad when Cleveland traded Shin-soo-Choo and got Stubbs in return.

It was a trade for Bauer. And it was great.
Oh yeah Bauer was a part of that trade. I forgot it was a three team trade. I was mostly comparing bats. Bauer worked out well.
Question #169
What player hit the most HR in the 1970’s?

Yeah I remember Bauer was a semi-unknown. When the trade happened, it seemed bad. I read up in Bauer and was immediately flipped and though we fleeced another team. Mostly because he was such a high pick and thought of prospect, just Arizona wasn’t willing to let him be himself in terms of preparation. I figured if Tribe was, we had a potential Ace. He honestly never became as good as I was hoping, but with Kluber he wasn’t needed quite as much.
