No rain and minimal wind for first 2/3 of the players and the last 1/3 and especially the leaders are playing in a driving rain. Should be tight for tom
The Play Through NBC bullshit is the most annoying thing in watching sports. Just go to commercials more and come back and show the replays. Stop turning my 60 inch screen in a 14 inch screen with no golf volume.
Well….Monday I tore my plantar on my foot and I’m not real mobile. I’ve basically watched every shot of the Open so far.
Today was crazy. Guys early in day were birdies everywhere on the front and pars on the back. The guys atop the leaderboard were hitting driver driver into par 4 15 and coming up way short. Drives were going 415 yards yesterday on 18, today Scheffler killed a drive and had 215 left on the 445 yard hole.
Billy Herschel gave the least fucks about the weather but his temper may not hold up tomorrow. Justin Rose has played in the worst conditions all 3 days…..so I’m sticking with him if he can take a 4th day of it. Scheffler is right there as always and has avoided trouble. Lowry fell apart today but only 3 back.
Players who finished 3-4 hours earlier will be in each of the first 3 pairings, but I don’t see them holding up.
Brown was great, with some luck until hole 54 where he doubled and smoked a cigarette and took selfies with fans lol
My streak of losing the Masters ticket lottery continues....must be up to about 20 years now.
I lost, but my buddy nabbed Tuesday practice round. So I will be attending for the second time (Saturday of 2019 was my last one).

Who do we like in the FedEx cup final?

We’ll not see dominance like his from 1999-2009 anytime soon. For those who are too young to appreciate it, watch the YouTube highlight of the 2000 US Open. Nothing in a major even approaches what he did those four days. A good microcosm of how far beyond anyone he was for 10 solid years.
