You probably need to hire a better techy web designer.  Whoever did the new OC is turrible.

Ok

We got ours up on Sunday. Haven't been able to have one the past 2 years because of the cats. Never bothered it until Christmas 2015 and we didn't even try one last year. We got a pencil style tree this year and so far so good.

I have to put ours in a room that's off limits to the cats. Years ago they broke their "record" and took the tree down in 15 minutes. Came crashing down on me and my laptop.

Haha we woke up one morning and one then had obviously been laying inside close to the trunk. All the branches were bent and pointing down to the ground. There was no way to fix it. Luckily, they don't bother the ornaments too much.

We have a kitten right now so putting a tree anywhere near it is a definite "no." I've seen that song & dance too many times to know how it ends.

Usually have the tree up by early December. This year it went up November 30th.

Finally finished mine up yesterday. I love my tree, but it's not pre-lit so it's a pain in the ass and takes a long time to decorate. It's worth it, tho because once it is done I just want to stare at it with heart eyes for a month.

Our cat is a little cunt, but luckily she has never done much damage to the tree itself or my ornaments. I would kill her if she ruined my 30 year collection of Mary's Angels.

Got our tree last night. Decided to bite the bullet and get an artificial one after having real trees the last 4-5 years. Had to buy the display model because it was the last one. Didn't have a box for it and it wouldn't fit in bags so we had to carry it out of the store in three pieces. The tree has gold glitter on the branch tips and we now have glitter all over our clothes. Feel like I've been at a strip club.

Don't let your asshole cat get near the tree.
