I have read some of your posts on here before complaining about Douchers getting girls. Instead of complaining, be proactive and get girls on your own. You seem like an ok enough guy, you just lack the confidence.
Strictly from your posts on here, and not knowing you in person, you strike me as the guy that hangs out in the bar and stands on the wall. Not talking to girls because you don't know what to say to them. Just be confident. As NNN said, if they say no, that is the worst thing that could happen and it is not a big deal.
