Ohio State lost by 3 points and Tennessee shot 14 more shots in the paint than OhioSstate. How in the hell is playing the skinny 6-0 Hill and 6-2 Simmons more minutes going to solve the one HUGE problem Ohio State had in this game? Lauderdale is the only MAN on the Ohio State roster. You actually think the skinny and short Hill and Simmons are going to out play the the 6-10 280 Williams??? Reading the posts that you quoted and your response, where in the fuck do you get the idea that people think Hill and/or Simmons were going to negate what Tennessee did inside? Well, Cousins and Wall played well vs West Virginia. Johnson played well vs Butler. Aldrich played well vs UNI. Collins was pretty bad, but still nowhere near as bad as Diebler.

I do agree though, that it is a silly way to judge a player. But man, Diebler was beyond bad yesterday. Those others you mentioned (Collins was well below par) all had really good games and at times dominated the game for their respective teams.

Obviously I've been criticial of Diebler due to his inconsistencies, and I've said all year that when Diebler is playing well, OSU is as good as anyone else in the country. I never expected him to play as bad as he did. I said it above, but it was likely the worst game of his career, and it was on the biggest stage.

U sure about that? Wall 7 of 18, 5 turnovers, 4-8 from FT. Thats good? Cousins? Did he dominate and get his 20/13 you said he would? More like 15/8 with 5 turnovers and foul trouble...as I predicted. Did you even watch? Neither one played that well at all.
