Come on guys, STOP! I know who Scoop Jardine is, I have seen Syracuse play many times this year. I just wanted the chance to say "some guy named Jardine" cuz it sounds funny.
I agree, Syracuse will be fine and will more than likely take the #1 seed..Just sparking some convo about one of the possible downfalls of Syracuse, and that's not having a go-to-guy in the end.

Syracuse was pathetic. Too many players did nothing. The only starter who played well was Johnson. The Orange are starting to remind of last year's Cavaliers. Some guys played over their heads in the regular season, and then were terrible in the postseason. Jackson, Onuaku, Triche and Rautins were all awful. At this point in time, Jardine should be starting ahead of Triche.

I agree about 2 things. Syracuse played like shit today and Jardine should start over Triche. Get the bad games out of your system now....before it REALLY matters.Cha'DIch wrote: Syracuse was pathetic. Too many players did nothing. The only starter who played well was Johnson. I see Syracuse as the type of team everyone will worry about heading in but will make it to the Final Four in convincing fashion, happens almost every year

Good one on the Garden floor at 7 p.m.
Notre Dame vs. Pittsburgh
Panthers have won 8 of their last 9, but the only setback was a 15-point loss to Notre Dame
Notre Dame has won five straight

Does Nova still get a #2 seed? IMO the answer is NO. They have closed the season winning just 4 of their last 10 games.

Not if Pittsburgh and WVU keep winning.

I think Cuse just lost their one seed. Whoever finishes better in their tourneys between OSU, WV, Duke and KSU will get the last two 1 seeds. KU and Kentucky have theirs sewn up.

Doubtful that Syracuse lost its one seed. The Orange have just four losses on the year, and have maintained their position in the top two or three basically all year long. They're as locked in as Kentucky and KU.

32-29 Notre Dame
at the half
seems like it should be more than that
Irish passing well and getting a lot of open shots

So far today....all of the lower seeds have advanced in the Big East tournament. #3 seed WVU is either due or fucked. LOL

Notre Dame only had five field goals in the second half
Pitt struggled, though, in the halfcourt creating space
all guards, nothing inside
