I would have sworn by Ecco's until I bought Adidas Tour 360's last year. I bought them on a recommendation from a guy at Martins in Myrtle saying if you walk, these shoes are a must.

I'm an Adidas guy now.

I have always sworn by Nike, but my next pair will be Adidas. As I get older their shoes fit me better - my last 4 pairs of sneaks have been either Adidas or NB. Nike is too narrow.

Dryjoys.

I walk 9 (I'm not fast enough to walk 18) and my feet kill me afterwards.

Nike is the only type I've ever owned. I'm pretty satisfied with the product

Zwick....I think their greatest feature is their "breathability". As far as comfort I think that's a personal fit and feel kind of thing. I go through and wear a lot of running shoes so I have some pretty particular tastes. I have only bought one pair of Protech's and thus far I really like them.

From a comparative perspective I have never tried the Tour 360s so I really don't know if the Protech's are better or worse.

There are some for 99.99.

I prefer anything that isn't Nike... they just never fit my foot right.

The free pair I got from my uncle who is a sales rep for a company that sells both bowling and golf shoes.

He gave me his demo pair that happened to be my size from last years model.

That's the pair I "swear by" as I love to golf (once a week in the summer) but do not spend that much money on equipment (have had the same set of clubs since college, or about 10 years).

The odd thing about FJ's are they seem to get more uncomfortable the more expensive they are. Their Super Lights are their most comfortable shoe and also one of their cheapest.

My only problem with golf shoes is that I like the more "dress shoe" look. I'm not a fan of the sneaker looking golf shoes. Don't get me wrong, some of the Adidas' (the 360s in particiular) and FJ's are super comfortable, but I just think they look like I"m wearing basketball shoes or something.

I currently have two pair of shoes. An old pair of black Nike's. They look just like a pair of brogued wingtips, but they are waterproof and super comfortable. And then I picked up a pair of all white saddle Callaways last year. I do like the FJ DryJoys. They may be my next pair.

FootJoy DryJoys.

Hated when they stopped making those for a bit. I too enjoy the dress shoe look.

I have an old Nike pair from 2 years ago that I'll continue to wear until they no longer are comfortable, after that who knows.

I don't see the point in paying for really expensive golf shoes, as they don't improve your game unless you're playing on a slick course every day and have trouble keeping your feet on the ground.

I got a pair of Nikes on sale at Dunhams for 40$ and they work just fine.

The way I see it I payed $150 for my shoes 5-6 years ago and the fact that they are still in really nice condition and still waterproof when I play a lot of golf makes the money worth it.
