Minimal or not, it still might be enough to counter the argument of commerce not applying here.

I think the main thing is as long as there is no confusion on your (FreeHuddle.com's) part then it is not an issue.

I've donated twice..and paid for a contest..does that mean I have partial ownership? I mean..once your legal situation is straightened out of course. LOL

I just did some research on my analytics and search terms used to get to this site. The terms "jjhuddle" and "jj huddle" led to 279 visits to the site. The total number of visits is 161,033. 279 is about two tenths of one percent (0.17%). I'm really stealing their traffic, aren't I?

68% of site traffic (~110,000 visits) is from people hitting freehuddle.com directly in the browser.

Take out "jj huddle stinks" which is responsible for 124 of those 279 visits and we're looking at 0.09%.

I'm really wondering if this helps my case out. Obviously people aren't mistaking searching for jjhuddle and ending up on freehuddle.

I dug a little deeper into my analytics stats and realized the numbers I gave you were just from the last month. Here are the numbers since the beginning:

517,483 visits
472 visits from search term that included "jj huddle" (339 of those visits were from the search term "jj huddle stinks." 2 more were with the term "fuck you jj huddle." 20 total visits came from the two terms "alternative to jj huddle" and "jj huddle alternative.")

214 visits from search term that included "jjhuddle" (3 of those visits were from the search term "jjhuddle sucks now." 6 total visits came from the term "jjhuddle alternative")

That gives us, at most, 316 visits that MIGHT have been looking for jjhuddle. 316 visits out of 517,483 total or 0.061% of the total visits to the site.
