Care to make a wager on that, CHUMP??!

LA beats Cleveland, I come down to Columbus (with a gas mark, of course) and buy you as many drinks at the bar as humanly possible.

Cleveland beats LA, you come down to Athens (as if that's a bad thing...) and feed me shots like Rambo.
As long as the series happens, let it be done.

1.jpake----Go fuck yourself asshole

2.Please explain how I'm a hater? Is it because I don't worship at the shrine of Lebron James. I've never disputed the fact Lebron is a tremendous player...but it's my opinion that he isn't the best player.IMO that would be Dwight Howard or Kevin Durant

3.Cleveland....figures you would drink a pussy beer like Labatts

Well you voted for Obama so your credibility is fucked anyways. Not to mention you're clearly a douche bag and even more clearly wrong about who the best in the league is.

You make it all too obvious that you're just a hater.

To be fair, I voted for Obama because I wanted nothing to do with McCain and Palin.

I should have voted another way though, not that my one vote matters much in that picture.

As for the actual topic at hand, gibby is a lost individual who needs guidance. I feel sorry for him as his parents probably wanted nothing to do with him as he exited the womb.

Howard or Durant? GTFO of here.....you sir are definitely in the minority on that opinion not just on this site but in the entire spectrum of basketball knowledge. Are Howard and Durant great player? Yes....Are they all stars? Yes....But they are not at the level of LeBron James. You don't have to be a Cavs fan to understand that.

If LeBron leaves Cleveland I will hate him more than anyone, but I will still recognize that he's the best player in the NBA.

It's pretty common knowledge that I'm not a Cavs fan. It's pretty common knowledge that I'm not a LeBron fan. I'm one of the rare people that talk to these Cavs fans and disagrees with them at times that isn't a HATER, like yourself for example. If there is one thing that I have learned this year its that LeBron has become the best player in the game, end of discussion. Everybody else that doesn't think so is just giving Kobe the respect he deserves and giving him the benefit of the doubt. I don't have a problem with that, because I was one of them... until LBJ became one of the 5 best defenders in the game. But please, don't be a fool on this site. Don't tell us you don't care about basketball but talk about it all the time. Don't be so bitter about the Cavs fans. I don't agree with everything they say and I find some of the stuff they say to be quite funny/cocky/arrogant/dead on/ legit. Talk with them, bust their balls a bit, but don't let their opinions and views piss you off. Don't let anybodys.
Nobody ever gave a flying fuck about your swimmers. The only pussy you ever petted had long whiskers and a tail. Beer shot out my nose reading your pious garbage here.

Um, I don't really care about his swimmers...but at least what he is saying makes sense. I've seen actual stats and logical reasons as to why LeBron is the best in the game...and have seen nothing of that sort from gibby. Just his opinions with nothing to back it up.

Neways... when it comes to coach of the year, who do you guys think gets it? There's some pretty good choices out there IMO. Could be a close vote.

Scott Brooks will run away with it.

Nate McMillan and Jerry Sloan will probably get some love, as will Mike Woodson.

Yea Brooks is leading the race. I think if Dallas looks like one of the better teams down the stretch Carlisle could make it a close vote.

Updated Standings:

1. Cleveland
2. Orlando
3. Boston
4. Atlanta
5. Milwaukee
6. Miami
7. Charlotte
8. Toronto

9. Chicago 2.5 back

1. LA
2. Denver
3. Dallas
4. Utah
5. Phoenix
6. San Antonio
7. Oklahoma City
8. Portland

9. Memphis 4 back

Milwaukee continues to win at a high level since the Salmons trade. I'm still waiting for the fall-out. They're doing a good job of flying under the radar and playing pressure free.

It's only a prediction for this year. If the Cavs beat the Lakers, then we can start predicting that someone other than LA might win the Title. I woudn't hold my breath quite yet. I'm cautiously hopeful.

Boston won two years ago when most said LA would win. It's a prediction for a reason, the 09-10 LA Lakers haven't earned that kind of respect. I hate this argument, why the hell do people still give the defending champ so much credit after we've seen year after year fly by and rarely see a repeat champ in any sport.
