Turner must have close to 10 rebounds already.

I thought Michael Jordan son quit the Illinois team to get started on life after basketball. When did he rejoin?

Thanks for coming to play, boys. What an awful game.

Ohio State looking solid, though.

8 feet tall and the softest dunker i've seen.....Throw it down with some authority.

In the 1-3-1 zone, Buckeyes need to make sure they find a man when the shot goes up and box out. Giving up a few too many second chances as a result.

Gotta love Coach Weber complaining to the referees right now.....Hey guy, you're team is down 20, it's not the refs fault.

Weber is barking about the non-call, but if anything Lauderdale was undercut.

Sometimes I wonder what if Lighty would have kept playing football. I think he would be a NFL receiver with his hops and speed.

The first bad shot of the day for The Buckeyes. Fade away 3-pointer with 20 seconds on the shot clock.

That guy completely cut Lauderdale's legs. He came down pretty awkwardly and thankfully didn't get hurt.

If Buford would get his head out of his rear, this lead could be even larger. Great start by OSU. But a LONG ways to go. Reminds me of WVU game. The start of the second half is going to be HUGE. OSU must come out ready to play. Ill will make a run at some point.

This might be the first time that I agree we don't need to sub lol This group is playing phenomenal, they aren't slowing down a bit, they look fresh, and need to keep pouring it on.

Which is why Buford is now on the bench.

That along with not covering the basket as the opposite wing on the 1-3-1. He has not dropped at least 3 times.

I wouldn't be surprised if we saw Turner hit a triple-double today. Already has 4 points, 8 rebounds, and 4 assists. The points should come in the second half as the Illini have to find a way to slow down Turner's supporting cast. Assists might be a push to hit double figures but I think Evan will really turn things up down the stretch.

Well, can't ask for a better half then that. Now they have to come out of the locker room on fire. Another great thing is that Turner hasn't even got going yet as far as points.
