I agree with Fairway on this one... Anything that has to do with ANY Florida team I cannot stand. Now the old Winterville Warriors song wasn't bad... The Mingo Indians wasn't bad either :)

Wintersville used to play The King Of Beers song...not really appropriate for hs...well maybe it was for Wintersville!

I doubt there is a High School in America where the kids are not trying to get drunk everyday so that point doesn't really matter.

No, Wintersville was the weed capital when I was in hs.

But the Budweiser theme song was still pretty funny.

Yes, it was the weed capitol when I was in school too. Edison grew the stuff, Creek purchased it for a price that made Edison happy although they were getting the short end of the stick... And Big Red bought the crap after we turned it into the cheapest, weakest, dried up green plants that made those Big Red people think they could play football... Thats why they were not "so good" in the mid-late 90's... We kinda knew what we were doing, But Big Red is still superior right? If it were to happen, Big Red would have been trying to play catch-up in 2007 because Creek would have been up on them.

SOS, you must have been, and still are, smoking that good stuff if you think that Indian Creek would have been favored over Big Red in any of those so called "down" years (which would be up years for IC). Name one year in which IC would have been the favorite?

If SOS does not remember from all that dope he smoked hahahha, I guess if memory serves me right ,it would have been this year, The boys that will be seniors this football year , are the reserve team that beat Big Red's reserve team two years ago.

I hope you're joking Camo. I'm not the biggest Big Red fan on here, but I think that if they played this year it would be like the last 3 years, maybe worse. I follow all valley teams and I can think of only 2 Seniors on this years Creeks team(young--otto). This may not be as good of a team as you think.
They SHOULD win their first 3 games and their last game. Anything in between is a crap shoot.
So I will say 6-4 maybe they can squeeze a 7-3.

Camo, if you remember, 2 years ago Big Red started a ton of sophomores. Do you think IC would have won that game if those sophs would have played reserve ball, like in normal years??

I know You are one of Big Red's biggest fan, But IC played sophs and freshman,,, even played a freshman quarterback half the game.
Apparently both teams felt that the people they put in the reserve game could get the job done.

I was actually referring to the years 96-98 with the most likely of years being 96 and 97. Not this year.

Why do so many people hate Creek? I could understand if you went there and had issues for whatever reason or you were maybe from Edison or Buckeye but all the BR and other people that can't stand Creek I just don't get it.

I want a real reason why people hate Creek though. For the most part it is a good school and it puts out some pretty good people that help our community.

Nobody "hates" Indian Creek...you have to be dominant in something for people to hate you.

Big Red gets hated for being good in most sports, and for our racial makeup.

A lot of your "leaders" are ex Big Red people...so they were more than associated. If Big Red is that bad, then why did they all get hired out there??
