Yeah I hate to take anything like Tylenol PM or something because the one time I did, I didn't wake up to my alarm clocks and slept til like 3 PM the next day.

anxiety and worrying...

When oil was crashing into the 30's 40's and 50's there were periods of time where i wouldnt sleep for days due to anxiety. Finally I went to the Dr. with chest pains (at 24 no less) and got some meds.
