I know Heidi Montag has frequently mentioned as a "hot" chick on here, but I find her pretty gross, especially after all her surgeries.

Do you think she's gone too far?

She wasn't bad before but anyone who looks that good and thinks they need anything at all done = whack job and slides down the hot scale accordingly.

By no means is she done with surgery. She has already vowed she is going bigger on the boobs, wants to eventually get to an "H" for Heidi.

Her face looks A LOT like Emily Proctor's (CSI Miami).

As for the discussion of before or after. I think in the above comparison I like the before. But she is still very hot after. Boobs might be a little to big (proportionally) to the rest of her body.

She looked much better before. It's very sad that at 25 she felt that insecure about herself. I'm betting ol' Spencer had a hand in making her feel that way.

I'd say he had both hands, both feet and his big head in making her feel that way. I remember watching an episode with the GF about her wanting kids and him not wanting them. Looks like with all that money wrapped into her body, she is going with Spencer and not having any kids. She's a great girl too. Attention whore? Maybe. Unfortunately, she is blinded when it comes to love because Spencer is a complete asshole and control freak. Poor girl.

Awful choice to have all that surgery.

She was very pretty before, now she looks 1/2 as good.

Why the gigantic boobs? Really?

ANY guy would take decent sized natural boobs (which she had) over huge fake ones.
