I loved the movie. I'd give it an 8.5. I agree that it was slow, however slow doesn't mean bad IMO. I thought There Will Be Blood was really slow, but loved it.

It's a true story, Jesse James gets killed by Bob Ford, Ford gets killed by some random guy years later. Were you expecting Brad Pitt to turn into Tyler Durden and reveal Bob Ford was just his split personality?
I get that Jesse James had to die. Its not that part of ending I had a problem with. The acting was pretty good and the story made it seem like something interesting was going to happen. But it never did. When it was over I didn't care if Bob lived or died. There's a reason I've never heard of Bob Ford before. It's because he was boooooooring.

Good movie not great I'd give it a 7.5. All the people that thought it was slow probably do not have the same tastes in movies as I do. I didn't think it was slow at all, it was realistic for the most part and there is nothing wrong with that.

That is the whole point of the movie... for once a movie didn't fantasize or sensationalize the story. That is why it was a good movie.
